I’m a Philadelphia-based UX Researcher + Strategist helping mission-focused organizations make the world more user-centered.

My path to user experience research was unconventional. I got my undergraduate degree in business administration and spent 8+ years as a nonprofit event manager for organizations that taught kids about human medical abnormalities and that facilitated organ transplants. When I went back to school at UPenn to pursue a master’s degree in Integrated Product Design, I fell in love with the part of the design thinking process that focused on understanding people: UX research.
